Purchase & Order Terms

These Purchase & Order Terms apply to purchases made through SaltyPulls.com and supplement our other store policies.

By placing an order with Salty Pulls TCG, you agree to these terms as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable store policies.

Product Availability

Trading card inventory is often unique or limited in quantity. Many singles are one-of-a-kind inventory items or have only a small number of copies available.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory. However, inventory discrepancies can occasionally occur because of synchronization errors, inventory adjustments, damage discovered during fulfillment, misplaced inventory, or other circumstances.

If an ordered item cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund for that item. When appropriate, we may contact you before fulfillment to discuss available options.

We will not substitute a different trading card, printing, condition, language, or product without your approval.

Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurate.

Occasionally, a product may be listed at an incorrect price because of a data-entry error, inventory-system error, pricing-feed issue, technical problem, or other mistake.

If we identify a material pricing error before an order is fulfilled, Salty Pulls TCG reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order and issue a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled item or order.

We will not charge a higher price than the price authorized by the customer without the customer's approval.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Salty Pulls TCG may cancel or decline an order before shipment when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Inventory discrepancies.
Material pricing or listing errors.
Payment authorization problems.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
An invalid or incomplete shipping address.
Unusual purchasing activity requiring verification.
Quantity or purchase limits.
A product becoming unavailable or unsuitable for sale before fulfillment.
Technical or system errors affecting the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded.

Customer Cancellation Requests

If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact Salty Pulls TCG as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order enters fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has been packed, labeled, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise entered the shipping process, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

A cancellation request is not a substitute for our Return & Refund Policy. Orders cannot be returned after delivery simply because the customer changed their mind.

Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify products, including card name, set, card number, language, printing, treatment, and condition when applicable.

For trading card singles, unless otherwise stated, the card shown in the product photographs is the card the customer will receive.

Customers should review the complete product listing and available photographs before purchasing.

Colors, brightness, foil effects, surface details, and other visual characteristics may appear somewhat different depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and the physical characteristics of the card.

Material defects or condition issues known to us should be disclosed through the product description, stated condition, photographs, or a combination of these methods.

Raw Card Condition and Professional Grading

Raw trading cards are sold according to their stated condition and available photographs.

Salty Pulls TCG does not guarantee that a raw card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, or another grading or authentication company.

Professional grading companies apply their own standards, and grading outcomes can vary.

Purchasing a raw card does not include a representation or guarantee regarding its potential numerical grade.

Sealed TCG Products

Sealed trading card products contain randomized or manufacturer-determined contents unless specifically stated otherwise.

Salty Pulls TCG does not guarantee:

Specific cards or pulls.
Pull rates.
Card value.
Card centering.
Printing quality.
Factory card condition.
A particular outcome from opening a sealed product.

Minor factory or distribution imperfections to exterior packaging may occur and do not necessarily affect the sealed contents.

Sealed TCG products are subject to the final-sale provisions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Quantity Limits and Resale Activity

Salty Pulls TCG may establish reasonable purchase or quantity limits for particular products, releases, promotions, or customers.

These limits may be used to manage limited inventory, reduce fraud, provide broader customer access to high-demand products, or prevent abuse of promotions.

Orders that attempt to circumvent established quantity limits through multiple transactions, accounts, addresses, or other methods may be canceled.

Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotional offers, sales, and coupon codes may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, usage limits, and customer eligibility requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discounts cannot be combined.
Promotional offers have no cash value.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
Promotions may be modified or ended before their stated expiration when necessary because of an error, technical problem, inventory issue, or other reasonable business circumstance, subject to applicable law.

Attempts to exploit technical errors, unintended discount combinations, or promotional system errors may result in cancellation of the affected transaction and refund of amounts paid.

Payment and Fraud Prevention

Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method available at checkout.

Orders may be subject to automated or manual fraud screening.

When reasonably necessary to verify a transaction, Salty Pulls TCG may request additional information or confirmation before fulfilling an order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions that reasonably appear unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise present a significant payment or fulfillment risk.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact Salty Pulls TCG so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Initiating a payment dispute does not change the underlying facts of an order or the terms applicable to the transaction.

When a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Salty Pulls TCG may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, including order information, customer communications, shipment records, tracking or delivery information, product photographs, and other documentation reasonably related to the transaction.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction with their payment provider.

Abuse and Fraudulent Activity

Salty Pulls TCG reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions associated with suspected fraudulent activity, return substitution, payment abuse, promotion abuse, threats, or other conduct intended to improperly obtain merchandise, refunds, discounts, or other benefits.

This provision does not prevent customers from raising legitimate concerns or exercising rights available to them under applicable law.
